Bodywork for the Laborers

In a place like Condon, a rural community whose deep agricultural roots are part of its history and its future, farmers and ranchers and their employees have a tough job.

The laborer’s body is constantly bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, riding machinery or horses, and it takes a toll. At the end of the day they have aches and pains caused by repetitive motions and activities. Farmers maintain and repair their machines and equipment regularly. Why not take care of the only machine we are given? Our bodies.

With massage, I can offer sessions that focus soley on trouble areas and relieve pain and tension from years of hard work. Injury prevention and work safety is of course key to keeping our bodies in good form but when you’ve still got tired and aching muscles after a long day (or season) that’s where I come in!
